1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MiHub, including our website, applications, communities, events, product discovery features, merchant features, and related services.
By creating an account, accessing, or using MiHub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.
2. About MiHub
MiHub is a platform designed to help people discover hobby communities, join squads, find meets and events, and explore products, merchants, organizers, and experiences related to their interests.
Some features may be released gradually, changed, suspended, or discontinued as MiHub develops.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login credentials secure, and all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not create an account or use MiHub if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law or if we previously suspended or terminated your account for violations of these Terms.
Some features may have age, location, verification, or eligibility requirements.
4. Community Rules
You agree to use MiHub respectfully and lawfully. You may not harass others, impersonate any person or organization, post misleading or harmful content, violate intellectual property rights, attempt to disrupt the Service, or use MiHub for unlawful activity.
You are responsible for the content you post, including posts, comments, photos, videos, reviews, event listings, merchant content, and product-related content.
We may remove content or restrict accounts when we believe it is necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or maintain the integrity of the Service.
5. Events, Meets, Squads, and Merchants
MiHub may allow users, organizers, communities, and merchants to create or participate in events, meets, squads, listings, offers, or product discovery experiences.
Organizers and merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, compliance with applicable laws, safety requirements, permits, taxes, refunds, fulfillment, and any commitments they make to users.
Users are responsible for deciding whether to attend an event, join a meet, interact with a merchant, or purchase a product. Use reasonable care when meeting people offline or participating in activities.
6. Payments and Third-Party Services
If paid features, bookings, subscriptions, product purchases, or merchant services become available, additional payment terms may apply.
MiHub may integrate with third-party payment processors, merchants, websites, applications, or services. We are not responsible for independent third parties, their content, policies, or practices.
7. Intellectual Property
MiHub and its logos, designs, software, content, and brand elements are owned by MiHub or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant MiHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify for formatting, distribute, and otherwise use that content as necessary to operate, improve, and promote the Service.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal information. By using MiHub, you acknowledge that personal information will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Service Availability and Disclaimers
MiHub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MiHub disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MiHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or relating to your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Suspension, Termination, and Changes
We may suspend or terminate access to MiHub if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, exposed MiHub to legal risk, or used the Service in a harmful or unlawful way.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will identify its effective date. Continued use of MiHub after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a different law is required by applicable consumer protection or other mandatory law.
